What makes our mats special?

MYST mats are perfect for any practice: hot yoga, Pilates, HIIT, meditation, deep stretching.
Your mat will have a grippy rubber backing, so you won’t move on the floor, and the microfiber feels soft and luscious on your hands and feet. Making every moment count from the first vinyasa to savasana.
MYSTS mats are also reflective of our commitment to our shared planet - all mats are biodegradable, recyclable, and ship in 100% plastic-free packaging.
How do I use the spritz?
The MYST spritz has been carefully formulated to:
• Aromatherapy stimulates your senses and deepens presence
• Antibacterial essential oils keep you healthy and clean on the mat
• Added moisture enhances the grip to ensure the stability of your body and mind
Before you practice, spray about 10 times directly onto the mat, in an even coat.
How do I take care of my mat?
We at MYST believe that life is hard enough without having to be precious about your yoga mat. Throw it in the washing machine on cold with your favorite environmentally friendly detergent, then leave it to dry away from direct sunlight.
What happens when I run out of spritz?
That sounds annoying! Fortunately, we have a convenient subscription option, so this won’t be a problem for you. Plus, you'll get a discount!
Where are MYST products made?
The MYST spritz is designed and crafted in small batches in Massachusetts.
Our mats are made from 100% natural and sustainably farmed tree rubber, and our bags are made from 100% cotton by our female-owned manufacturing partners in China. We have a close relationship with our manufacturers, who maintain the highest ethical and environmental standards.
